Microneedling stimulates collagen and elastin, improving fine lines, skin texture, pore appearance, and acne scarring. Most clients see gradual improvement after 2–4 sessions, with optimal results following a full series and proper post-care.
We typically recommend 3–6 sessions spaced four to six weeks apart, depending on skin concerns and response. Your aesthetician will assess your skin and create a personalized plan to achieve consistent, long-lasting improvements.
Most clients report mild discomfort rather than pain. We apply a topical numbing cream before treatment to minimize sensation. Pressure and depth are adjusted for comfort, making the procedure tolerable while still effective.
Avoid active retinoids, exfoliants, and sun exposure for at least 48–72 hours before and after treatment. Also skip waxing, chemical peels, and strong medications as advised. Follow our aftercare to protect skin and support healing.
Downtime is usually 24–72 hours. Expect redness, mild swelling, and sensitivity initially; most clients resume normal activities within a day or two. Makeup can typically be applied after 48 hours, depending on skin response and technician guidance.
Microneedling isn't recommended for active acne infections, open wounds, certain skin diseases, keloid-prone scarring, or during pregnancy in some cases. Inform us about medications and medical history so our provider can determine if it's safe for you.
